Al is familiar to FDLCT audiences as a director, but he is also keenly talented in designing and building most of his own sets. Aside from designs for his own shows, he regularly designs opera sets for the UW-Milwaukee Music Dept. His UWM design credits include L’Ormindo, The Threepenny Opera, The Coronation of Poppea, and Orpheus in the Underworld. He will be directing The Sting for FDLCT this fall.
